From Better N Peanut Butter
Better 'n Peanut Butter® is the all-natural product of the Wonder Natural Foods Corporation that can be used in all the ways that you now use regular peanut butter, but instead of 16 grams of fat per (32 gram) serving, Better 'n Peanut Butter delivers less than 3 grams of fat per serving and qualifies as a low fat food by USFDA standards. Better 'n Peanut Butter® is an All Natural, delicious peanut butter spread with 85% less fat and 40% less calories than regular peanut butter. Ingredients: Peanuts (as de-fatted peanut flour and natural peanut butter), tapioca syrup, pure water, dehydrated cane juice, rice syrup, vegetable glycerin, soy flour, salt, tapioca starch, natural flavors, paprika & annatto, calcium carbonate, lecithin, vitamins e & c (antioxidants). This product can only be shipped within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
I was very skeptical about this product, but I must admit, it really tastes good, and it has a good texture and consistency as well. I highly recommend it to anyone who is doing Weight Watchers, as it is only one WW point per tablespoon. If you add a little jam, it's even better. I first heard about it on Hungry-Girl.com, which raved about it, and they were right. On the East Coast, I was able to find it at Shaw's Supermarkets in the Healthy Food section, as well as Whole Foods.
