It was delicious, beautifully wrapped and presented. I coudln't have asked for better. It's a great gift for a group of people or for far away family or friends. I sent the basket to my son and daughter-in-law as a Congratulations gift - they had a fun time trying out all the gourmet food products. It was fun for all!
I sent this to my Mother-in-law for Mother's day and she loved it. There was a good variety of items in the basket. She had some slight issues with the packaging itself, had it not been for that I would give this item 5 stars instead of 4. Overall, I would give this gift again.

Pull out these cheeses from the refrigerator after dinner to let them warm a bit. Get your new wine glasses, open a nice red, find some crackers, and either put out grapes or get an apple ready to slice. This is our dessert, or bed-time snack, whichever comes last.

I have tried so many baklava and this is simply the best. The only con is that it's very addictive and very fatty.
We have bought Baklawa from Shatila many times from their Dearborn store as well as sent it to friends via mail order. It is simply outstanding Baklawa -- perhaps best anywhere. You wouldn't like baklawa from Costco or other places after having baklawa from Shatila.
